**Business Development Representative - Noroeste**:
FMC Agricultural Solutions SAU está buscando incorporar a su próximo/a **Business Development Representative** para la zona de **Noroeste**, reportando al Business Development Lead.
**Responsabilidades principales**:
- Participar en el diseño e implementación de programas promocionales junto a mayoristas, minoristas y distribuidores clave.
- Identificar y dar soporte a grandes explotaciones agrícolas, cooperativas y mayoristas estratégicos.
- Promover y aportar valor a la tecnología de FMC ante los clientes.
- Detectar brechas en el mercado y proponer mejoras en los canales de acceso al mercado.
- Realizar acciones de inteligencia de mercado en la zona asignada.
- Gestionar reclamaciones agronómicas.
- Priorizar productos y clientes clave en las áreas asignadas.
- Coordinarse con los Product Managers y Representantes de Ventas para definir y ejecutar estrategias de forma conjunta.
**Requisitos**:
- Título universitario en Agronomía o experiência equivalente.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência comercial, preferentemente en el sector de fitosanitarios.
- Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente por la zona asignada.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad para interactuar y generar valor con los clientes.
