Misión

Our client is a medical equipment and mobility industry company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our operations in the Iberian region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution network, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with dealers and partners.

To the Country Manager of Spain.
Funciones y responsabilidades
Set ambitious sales targets and develop plans to achieve them.
Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Implement sales promotions, incentives, and marketing campaigns to drive demand.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors in strategic locations across Iberia.
Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize coverage and market penetration.
Collaborate with dealers to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
Provide ongoing support and training to distributors to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Evaluate the current distributors to assure they’re the optimal.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Utilize market insights to develop product strategies and pricing recommendations.
Identify emerging market opportunities and potential areas for product expansion.

Experiência

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the medical equipment or mobility industry.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
