**What are you going to do?**
Because we are growing in Spain we are looking for an experienced HR Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Corporate/
- Royal A-ware business strategy
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
- across the organization in Spain
- Managing PR with partners, including temporary employment companies,
- personnel insurance companies etc.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management with
- national and local HR regulations
- Set up and manage a performance management (appraisal) system for Spain
- that drives high performance
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation,
- health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation
- Represent A-ware Spain before unions/ labour authorities
- Assure workplace safety together with our (Corporate) QSHE department
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building
**Skills and qualifications**:
- Five or more years of working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Fluent in both English and Spanish language
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all
- levels of the company
- Strong understanding of national (Spanish) laws related to HR
- Degree in Human Resources or related fields

You will work on our production location in Salas, Asturias.
