Interested in being part of our team? **Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.** **SALES AREA MANAGER - AFTERMARKET SPAIN** **Power Technique Service** Moved by this spirit, we intend to strengthen our team in the Power Technique Service (PTS) division, with the integration of a Service Sales Area Manager (M/F). Reporting directly to the After Market Manager SPAIN as area and with the vision "First in Mind - First in Choice", the professional will act on a proximity basis with B2B customers, promoting sales of products and services of Atlas Copco Power Technique SPAIN within the Atlas Copco Power Technique South Europe region. **Main responsibilities**: - Promote the parts and service business of the Power Technique Division in SPAIN, namely compressed air compressors, Power generators, lighting towers and water pumps, proposing and selling services and parts, consumables, and technical solutions to customers. - Analyze the PTS business portfolio of your area and propose commercial and marketing action plans to your customers as per the PTS Marketing policy - Identify new business opportunities, conducting market prospection on the main Channels : Dealer, Rental, Direct Key accounts customers, together with Capital Equipement sales team. - Deliver sales quotes upon request in accordance with the PTS pricing and discount policy. - Make sure the Marketing campaigns are in place into the area: organize your call campaign alongside your visit plan. - Collect the information about the market trends and prices from competitors, using the CRM tools, ensuring a good understanding of products and services needs. - Ensure compliance with the commitments made by Atlas Copco with customers. - Provide periodic reports to your management line in the requested format, operating with the dedicated Atlas Copco tools. - Deliver commercial and marketing trainings to the customers with focus on the service Partners in cooperation with the Technical Support colleagues. - Participate in seminars, sales meetings, exhibitions and other marketing activities. **Desired profile**: - Sales hunter, ready to work intensively into the field (>70% time) with punctual Team meeting in Coslada and/or Zaragoza. - Business acumen with capacity to negotiate with different customer’s profiles and hierarchy level. - Customer and Business development focused, supported by strong technical sales competence. - Challenges and target focused, used to working under pressure. - Secondary or higher education level in the areas of Sales engineering (preferred) or equivalent in business area; - Previous professional experience (> 3 years ) in Aftermarket or Construction sector preferred - Ability to work autonomously and be part of a remote team - Commitment to achieve goals - Car driving license and availability for geographic mobility. **It will be valued**: - Good understanding of the construction technics: Mechanic, electricity, etc. - Native Spanish language is a must, good command of English, spoken + written. - Solid knowledge of computer tools: PACK OFFICE, experience with a CRM tool is a plus - Initiative and proactivity towards internal and external teams. - Good interpersonal skills, team spirit. **We offer**: - Integration into a solid and multinational company, in a project with strong possibility of learning and professional growth. - Attractive salary package, based on the objectives achieved, incl. company car and IT package. - Continuous training openings, to ensure the necessary knowledge to achieve the objectives and professional development. - Direct and constant support of the team, including the Business Line Managers; Technical Support and Marketing from the South Europe Region. **Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice** Bright ideas come from all of us.
