We are at an exciting time of fast customer growth while forming the Sales Operations department. We are currently in the middle of Salesforce implementation, improving and automating the processes while drafting and building completely new ones and building the entire toolstack.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Work closely with Sales, Partnerships and Account Management teams to define the priorities and scope projects
- Hands-on work with Salesforce developing the required functionality
- Building out the forecasting and reporting, analyzing data and looking for additional space for improvement
- Managing and improving the data flows and efficiency
- Ongoing monitoring of sales processes and their continuous improvement
**Who you are**:
- At least 2 years of Sales/Revenue Operations experience
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (ideally Administrator certification)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL is an advantage
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hightouch and other similar Sales Ops related tooling
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time and with tight deadlines
