Business Transformation Analyst

Safeguard Global is hiring a Business Transformation Analyst, GEO to help deliver critical technology as part of its quickly expanding Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) business.

As Business Transformation Analyst, GEO you’ll be working side-by-side with Product Managers, Operations, Project Managers and the Development Team, and be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, creating App Support tickets and ensure requirement quality standards are met. Your primary objective will be to perform continuous reviews of process to identify improvements in cost savings, process efficiency or client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be working to translate business requirements into development requirements within a product release.

How you will make a difference:
- Collaborating with Operations Region heads, Project Managers, Onboarding, Sales team, Product Owners and Developers to create, refine and execute strategic development requirements.- Collecting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders and transforming into development requirements. Obtaining signoff on requirements from stakeholders.- Conducting system and impact analysis related to new features and functionality.- Supporting the Product Owner during analysis sessions with development by providing additional context and input to requirements.- Working with operations and identifying process improvements and savings.- Preparing As-is and to-be process flows of operational processes that are identified for automation.- Preparing test scenarios, scripts and success criteria for UAT.- Conducting User Acceptance Testing- Facilitating turnover of project details to appropriate business owner as part of monitoring phase of project.

What will give you an advantage:
- Bachelor’s Degree.- 2 years of experience as Business Analyst or HR, Payroll, Accounting Services.- Highly proficient in creating development requirements.- High proficiency in writing for multiple audiences and presenting at a Sr Leadership Level.- Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.- Demonstrated experience taking functional requirements from the business and translating those into executable development requirements.- Experience with design and development tools (i.e. Lucidchart /Visio).- Familiar working as part of a team within an Agile Development Methodology- Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.- Analytical mindset with solid understanding of business acumen.- Experience in multi-national shared service environment preferred.
