Tasks
As a Business Transformation & Strategy Execution Consultant, you'll work in a small team of consultants and work closely with C-level executives in companies to drive a transformation based on OKRs, self-organized teams and a radical candor feedback program. You'll train, coach, guide and support your clients in this new way of working in a dynamic, empathetic, structured, and charismatic way.
**Requirements**:
**You will rock at this role if you have**:
- International experience in managing operations and leading teams to achieve business goals using OKR, Agile and Lean methods. Consulting experience is not necessary but real experience in driving results in companies is.
- Self-starter and hands-on personality, communication skills, charisma and an impact-oriented working style
- Passion for strategy execution, OKR, Lean and Agile ways of working to make a positive impact.
- Dynamic, engaging personality who conveys passion for winning to our team and clients.
- Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory. French and German are valued.
