**What we do at BoB**:
BoB is a travel technology startup that helps travelers to get more out their trips by offering off-airport luggage check-in services by connecting key travel players in our technology ecosystem (airlines, online travel agencies, handling agents, curriers, etc.)
Everyday more airlines offer our services in their booking process as we are integrated with them
Our mid term vision is to develop a full fledged service, door to door, that completely satisfies our customers. Passengers will never have to carry their luggage again We are changing people's travels

**What your job will look like**:
Coordinate with drivers and clients to make sure Operations are running smoothly.
Support customer service team in incidences and customer changes.
Detect and resolve incidences proactively.
Preparation of the information to generate weekly management control reports.
Perform analysis to come up with insights What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Junior Operations analyst to join our Operations team. As Junior Operations analyst you will be in charge of making sure that Operations are running smoothly. Depending on your skills and ambitions, you will be assigned to different projects.

**Ideally, you will be**:
Bachelor in Business, Economics, Law, Engineering, Math or similar technical field
Hands on approach
Thrive in a fast changing, demanding environment and really want to make a difference
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong strategic vision and business mindset
Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
Excel proficiency
Experience in SQL, Bigquery and/or coding is a plus
Professional English
Some experience in Consulting, Logistics, RRHH is a plus.
