**Overview**
As part of our Sales Operations organization, you will be responsible for a full range of activities which improve the productivity and operational effectiveness of TraceLink’s sales organization. Primary responsibilities focus on supporting our CPQ tool in SFDC. This role will be the Subject Matter Expert for everything related to CPQ and will work closely with the Sales, Finance and Legal teams to ensure all Orders are processed correctly. You will be process oriented, pay close attention to detail, and have good communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Process all Orders through CPQ and ensure they accurately reflect all key details (i.e., CPI, payment terms, initial term)
- Work directly with Sales on deals that need to be processed outside of our CPQ tool and coordinate with Finance and Legal to get necessary documents drafted.
- Act as point person to resolve questions or issues regarding Orders.
- Proactively recommend and help implement CPQ changes to make the tool and related processed more efficient.
- Assist Director, Sales Operations and other TraceLink leadership with various projects and strategic initiative

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of sales operations/support experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint including the ability to create reports, formulas, charts, graphs and presentations
- Must have strong attention to timeliness and detail
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize high work volume
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in a cross functional team environment
