Bridl is an equine trade startup that's focused on bringing transparency to the process of buying and selling show jumping horses. We've proven our concept by selling high-quality horses all over the world, and we're seeking to continuously expand our reach on the international scene.

responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach 2. Follow up with inbound leads and cold outreach to potential customers

3. Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking all customer interactions and opportunities

4. Conduct research on target customers and industries, identifying potential sales opportunities 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns

6. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

7. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and potential opportunities

8. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build relationships with potential customers

requirements:
1. Strong understanding of the equine industry, and ideally some experience in sales.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Strong ability to network and build relationships with potential customers

4. Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to challenge ideas, try new things, take risks, and learn with a super international team

5. Passion for the equine sports industry and the ability to bring value to our team

6. Startup experience is a plus, but not required

7. Speaking multiple languages and/or creative skills are a plus

**Salary**: Up to 10,000.00€ per month
