Global Workplace Experience Manager

The Workplace Experience team are at the centre of this vision, and we are seeking an experienced Global Workplace Experience Manager driven and passionate to operationally manage these spaces around the world and continue to iterate our Flex4U approach.

**Key Objectives**:

- Strategic oversight of workplace experience globally
- Joint ownership of our Flex4U program
- Operational oversight of Unit4 offices and co working spaces globally
- Thought leadership on Global Design Playbook incorporating new ways of working (latest blog), sustainable design and guidance on new building selection
- Improving carbon footprint, sustainability and wellbeing through better design and operational management of all leased and owned spaces
- Management of real estate life cycle from strategy to site selection, capital project management and operational control including emerging markets and M&A activity
- Leadership of global Workplace team
- Management of global operational budget
- Consolidation of global real estate portfolio and decision making on strategic location scenarios in conjunction with finance and procurement
- Implementation and management of a Health & Safety program globally
- Strategically aligning with global leadership team and other business stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role within a high paced environment
- Ability to work on many complex tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to manage teams and budgets
- Great time and change management skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Team player, also across functions and locations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including understanding the use of confidentiality and diplomacy
- Excellent multi-tasking, project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High degree of initiative, ability to learn, understand and identify solutions
