Customer Marketing Content Lead

Customer evidence is critical to the success of our marketing campaign strategies, providing prospects with verifiable evidence that we provide a best-in-class IDV service. Central to this is maintaining relationships with our biggest and most strategic customers in order to co-create content with them. Marketing with these key customers also allows us a unique opportunity to market to them as well, understanding their needs in such a way that we can then provide more content to them to cement our status as a trusted partner.
**What can we offer you?**
- Ownership of a critical strategic pillar of our marketing objectives
- Autonomy to define a customer marketing content function and process
- Working closely with our biggest and most profitable customers, who are the most globally recognizable names from across the fields of tech, fintech, crypto and gaming
**What will you be doing...**
- Development and execution of a customer marketing content strategy
- Owning relationships with our key strategic customers to co-create content
- Managing the process of creating case studies and customer success stories, sourcing quotes, and data, and preparing customer success assets for use in broader customer acquisition campaigns
- Owning the content creation process for marketing to our existing customer base to drive increased spending from them
- Developing strategies for customer community management at the scale
**Who are we looking for?**
- A background in customer marketing
- An exceptional copywriter and content creator
- Someone with a strategic mind and an eye for scale
- An understanding of the importance of customer relationships
