Creating delivery notes and purchase orders in SAP
- Creating Expenses in SAP
- Managing the Account Payable weekly proposals
- Bank Reconciliations from Account Payable point of view.
- Proactive communication with GL department to ensure that AP ledger is correctly done.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Filing of official and legal company documentation.
- Support with purchases of supplies.
- Continuous collaboration in other duties assigned by his/her superior.

SAP knowledge is required|Good opportunity to start a new challenge in a multicultural company
- Excellent Excel Skills (Medium to Advanced)
- Intermediate English Speaker
- Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills
- Attention to Detail, Organisation Skills, Autonomy
- Superior Computer (MS Office) and Typing Skills
- Good Verbal & Written Communication
- Follows Instructions Well
- Familiar with SAP
- Database Management
- Multi-Tasking Abilities
