**Financial Administrative Assistant**:

We are looking for a dynamic financial administrative assistant, with a ‘hands-on mentality’, eager to learn and a pragmatic drive for solutions. As Financial Administrative Assistant you mainly assist the Finance Manager, but also the Operational Manager in our exciting world-wide investment projects. You will be working in a relatively small but close and passionate team in our offices in Barcelona.

**What will you do**
As financial administrative assistance you will provide financial, administrative and secretarial support, such as:

- accounts payables bookkeeping;
- preparing bank payments and bank reconciliations;
- reviewing accounts receivables, AR invoice bookkeeping;
- assisting in indirect tax declarations;
- assisting in month-end-close reporting (with the interesting opportunity to see the accounting process from the beginning to end);
- preparing ad-hoc reports to be shared with different parties;
- helping in the organization of specific meetings inside and outside the office; and
- providing additional support as required by the Finance Manager or Operational Manager.

**Who are you?**
We are looking for someone who:

- has a financial degree background (accountancy, business administration (ADE) or similar direction) (graduates are welcome to apply);
- has a good understanding of bookkeeping procedures and is exciting to learn the complete accounting process;
- has a digital mindset and advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- speaks fluently Spanish and English (given you will be working in an international environment); and
- preferably has experience with SAP S/4 Hana (this is an advantage, not a must).
