Tasks

**Your responsibilities and impact as IT Support Agent will be**:
In this position, you would join a multinational team that is dedicated to providing quality support solutions for their partners.
- Resolving any IT-related issues of your partners (B2B) that could occur during their office day
- Documenting calls on the ticketing tool
- Escalating problems to the different respective teams
- Maintaining and improving the customer satisfaction level
- Communicating to your direct teammates and different departments

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- You are bilingual in French and Portuguese and speak a fluent level of English
- You are interested in learning more about IT
- You display analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities
- You possess outstanding communication skills and the mindset of a teamplayer
- You are reliable, punctual and looking for a long-term employer
- You are in possession of a passport (if you don't have the NIE and SSN already)
