**The role**:

- AirDNA is looking for a Help Desk Associate to support our growing user base. The ideal person for this role genuinely enjoys helping end-users solve problems, and provides training as necessary. A people smart, IT professional who can help our team with all IT processes.

**Here's what you'll get to do**:

- Handle onboarding and offboarding for all employees (Barcelona and remote employees), including account management and training
- Handle procurement and recovery of hardware for all employees
- Tracking and managing equipment ordering / inventory and related IT supplies
- Assists users with troubleshooting of hardware/ software issues, helps users keep software up-to-date
- Manages office wifi and internet connectivity
- Optional opportunities to advance their skills by taking on projects with the technical operations team

**Here's what you'll need to be successful**:

- Experience in IT support/ help desk position
- Experience with **MacOS**, Windows a plus
- Experience using device management software
- Experience managing wifi networks
- Experience as a Google Workspace administrator is a plus
- Security conscious
- Curious, communicative and a team player
