**Role |**:
We are looking for a proactive and communicative IT Help Desk that will support our teams on any technical issue on a daily basis. You will be joining our wonderful Tech team managing all the direct contacts with the UKIO employees. Based in the Barcelona office you will remotely manage all our locations and assist the remote teams.
**Responsibilities |**:
- Report to the manager incidents and potential issues we need to take care.
- Manage company devices to maintain and increase company’s performance and security
- Ensure compliance with SLA's
- Ensure compliance with corporate hardware design policies
- Propose improvements, based on periodic monitoring reports
- To provide technical support and assistance to the UKIO team members to resolve concerns about software and hardware issues so they can agile their duties.
- Support all UKIO Offices on IT related issues to assure connections and equipment are working efficiently
- On and offboarding employees to and from our systems and help smoothen the process (accesses, devices, setup, tools, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain documentation and procedures to train and agile the employees tools knowledge (guidelines and training)
**About you |**:
- Experience in a help desk position.
- You have experience providing (remote) IT Support
- Experience planning backups processes.
- Experience with Google’s workspace
- Experience with any Mobile Device Management tool
- Experience planning and executing network installations. We rely heavily on communications so our network must work smoothly without hiccups.
- English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator.
- Used to write and keep documentation up to date.
- Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
- Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
