**SCIB - SBGM **is looking for a **SENIOR POSITION AS SCIB QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PPTS - MARKETS (SECURITIES FINANCING) **for our offices in **BOADILLA DEL MONTE**

**Santander Back-Offices Globales Mayoristas (SBGM) **is a public limited company wholly owned by Banco Santander and is part of the Santander Corporate & Investment Banking division. It is focused on the execution of specialized processes and corporate projects in Global Businesses: Markets, Financing, Transactional Banking, Wholesale Risks, General Intervention, etc.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO AT WORK**

As a **SENIOR POSITION AS SCIB QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PPTS - MARKETS (SECURITIES FINANCING) **your objective will be: to drive operational excellence, incorporating the principles and culture of continuous quality improvement in the execution of our **Markets (Securities Financing) **processes toward our customers.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:

- Daily monitoring of defined quality indicators.
- Analysis of incidents reported by the teams as well as received by other sources (feedback from the business, customers, internal audit, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement. Implementation of a robust root cause analysis and definition of action plans, identifying trends in the different events.
- Definition of critical quality factors (CtQFs) based on the priorities of SCIB units/busines and their customers.
- Prioritization, together with the areas of execution, technology, etc., of tactical and strategic initiatives defined by the teams, based on criticality and operational risk.
- Contribution to SCIB’s digitalization plan.

EXPERIENCE
- 5-10 years of experience in products and processes, either in PPTS execution or control functions, a high level of expertise is required

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Prior participation in taksforces or similar working groups.
- Ability to influence the PPTS community to impulse the culture of quality.
- Fluent English (work is largely in English).
