**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Structured Trade Associate **, you will lead the structuring & execution of complex Structured Trade transactions with a markets angle in collaboration with the markets team. Structures include lending transactions collateralized by commodities with embedded hedges, financing on an ownership basis of commodities or monetization of carbon credits.

Following several years of high growth we are looking to further expand our Structured trade business through the development of new solutions that combine the strengths of the commodity financing business and markets solutions

You will be responsible for:

- The development of innovative solutions that combine structured trade and markets products
- Support the origination strategy within Structured Trade of commodity financing transactions with markets angles, including attending client meetings, pitching of the solutions and developing the commercial strategy
- Leading the structuring and execution, from agreeing indicative terms to full execution of the transactions

EXPERIENCE
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a front office position of a financial institution or commodity trading firm

EDUCATION
- Economics, Finance, engineering or other related degrees.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- IT Skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Languages: Spanish, English (Fluent).
- Knowledge of a third language will be positively valued
