**SCIB is looking for a Structured Finance VP, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Structured Finance VP **, you will **lead and execute Structured Finance (Real Estate, TMT & Fund Finance) transactions across Europe.**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Originate and develop the relationship the main players in the sector
- Fronting the discussion with the different clients across the different sectors in Europe
- Lead the conversations with the different internal stakeholders to approve the transaction internally
- Legal documentation negotiation (Term Sheet and long-form documentation), with close relationship with the legal in-house team
- Supervise and mentor team's junior members
- Marketing efforts within the relevant sectors
- Lead internal discussion to develop the franchise in different fronts
- Financial modelling and due diligence analysis skills

EXPERIENCE
- More than 6/7 years of relevant experience in Structured Finance (Real Estate, TMT & Fund Finance), investment department, debt fund or similar.

EDUCATION
- Economics, Business Administration degree, engineering or similar. Desirable MBA or Msc in Finance or similar

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Financial Modelling
- Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent); French / Italian / German is a plus
- Negotiation skills
- Project risk assesment and mitigation
- Strong origination capabilities
