We are looking for OPS Analyst Business Partner to be part of the sales operations for international market. The work will be carried out in our offices located in the center of Barcelona.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible to analyze performance of field teams across all established metrics and platforms including Microsoft office suite, SAP and Salesforce.
- Provide ad hoc reporting to support short, and long-term business goals and concrete action plans.
- Evaluate operations, and procedures, and develop and implement new projects to ensure optimal operational performance and output.
- Communicate performance summaries, goals, risks, opportunities, and actions needed to Leadership team.
- Participate actively in Regional Meetings.
- Maintain connection to field teams to understand realities of day-to-day operations (filed travel)
- Training employees to use new reports or follow new processes.
- Partner with Headquarters counterparts to align on global OPS topics.
- Daily dealings with operations personnel.
