**Purpose of the role**:

**Main responsibilities**:
Own the analysis of key commercial drivers behind business and marketing metrics to inform/predict/forecast/improve future business performance.
Act as a partner to business management team to utilise knowledge of market and customer dynamics to drive business insights and play a key role in commercial effectiveness of sales, marketing, and service team.
Develop analytical reporting and analytics focused on business needs.
Support preparation of annual Business Plan and budget forecast.
Build robust business cases to ensure fact-based decision making and prioritization.
Develop and implement sales force productivity measures and analysis and provide timely communication and feedback to management team.
Works proactively and autonomously to manage complex commercial analytical activities and projects.
Effective at asking relevant questions and listening to understand business issues.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years experience as a Business Analyst: Analytical tasks, commercial excellence and business insights.
- Fluent in English & SpanishAdvanced IT level - (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently, as well as in close collaboration with teams.
- Proactivity, learn on the fly and oriented to results.
