**Our Partner Seeks Technical Solution Analyst to Shape the Future of Travel**:
Our partner, a leading travel technology company, is seeking a talented Technical Solution Analyst to join a dynamic new team. They empower the travel industry with cutting-edge technology solutions, making travel smoother and more efficient for businesses around the globe.
**In this role, you'll play a key role in**:
- **Leading the Design of Innovative Solutions**: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, design technical solutions, and ensure features meet their expectations.
- **Bridging the Gap Between Business and Engineering**: Act as a liaison between business teams and engineers, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.
- **Delivering High-Quality Results**: Work closely with QA to ensure functionality and user acceptance of new features.
- **Contributing to Business Growth**: Participate in pre-sales and client reviews, providing technical expertise and guiding customers to new solutions.
**They're looking for someone who**:
- Has a strong technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Brings at least 3 years of experience in business analysis or software design.
- Thinks critically and creatively, tackling complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with English fluency a must. (Mandarin a plus)
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to deadlines.
**Bonus points if you have**:
- Experience in the hospitality software or online travel agency industry.
