Senior AI Business Analyst – Zurich Insurance Group (ServiZurich)We are seeking an AI Analyst to join our dynamic multinational team at Zurich Insurance Group. This role sits at the intersection of data science, AI engineering, and digital transformation, enabling Zurich to deliver faster and more consistent risk decisions. You will work closely with business teams, data and AI engineers, and technology partners to drive value from AI insights and shape next-generation transformational solutions.ResponsibilitiesRequirements AnalysisCollaborate with business teams to translate their needs into clear data specifications.Work closely with international stakeholders to adapt AI solutions, configurations, prompts, and data schemas for country-specific requirements.Support new implementation of features for AI solutions.Maintain and extend data schemas to ensure they capture all relevant data required by business teams.Model & Data PerformanceMonitor and evaluate the accuracy and business impact of AI models.Work with data teams to improve data quality, enrichment processes, and feature engineering for AI models.Support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our AI use aligns with Zurich’s principles of Responsible AI.Collaboration & Change EnablementAct as a bridge between business, data, and IT to ensure consistent understanding of AI outputs and use cases.Provide training and guidance to users on using AI capabilities effectively.Support Zurich’s AI adoption strategy and contribute to global best practices.Essential QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics).10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations, or Data Analyst role.Passion for AI enablement with hands‑on exploratory experience with LLMs or AI‑driven platforms.Proven structured business, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills paired with business acumen.Hands‑on, open‑minded, and solution‑oriented approach, willing to test, learn, and iterate quickly.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Proficiency in English, and at least one other language.Desirable QualificationsFamiliarity with Insurance products and business processes.Experience in data integration, API workflows, or data engineering concepts.Experience in process automation.BenefitsCompetitive salary and yearly bonus.Flexible working model supporting work‑life balance.Allowance of over €300 to set up a home office and additional monthly allowance.Wide range of internal and external trainings, including English, German, and Spanish classes.Ticket restaurant and Health Insurance with flexibility to exchange for other benefits.Life and accident insurance.Collective Life retirement Plan.€2000 referral bonus for bringing in new talent.Special banking and insurance conditions plus exclusive employee discounts.Functional diversity benefits.Financial incentives: stock options and mortgage benefits.Location & Working ConditionsLocation: Barcelona, Spain.Remote working: Hybrid.Schedule: Full Time.Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level.Employment type: Full‑time.Equal Opportunity StatementAt Zurich, we are an equal opportunity employer.
