You will be supported by a great team of highly professional, yet dynamic operation teams in an agile, flexible work environment, if collaborating closely with our Partner Account Managers, Quote to Cash, R&Ds, External contractors, and our Partners while staying on top of Qlik’s own latest news in our Partner Portal.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
- Regular Process Review and Documentation
- Liaise with External Consultant leading Partner experience review
- Working closely with Partner Marketing, Partner Account Managers and Partner Operations Solution teams
- Deal Reviews and Validation in Sales Force
- Incident and Support Ticket Systems,
- Documentation of processes
- Remain current with the Partner Portal functions and features, and with alternative products in the markets Qlik serves
- Regularly test and provide feedback on the Partner Portal

**Competencies and skills**:
The skills and qualifications required for this role:

- Excellent communication skills to convince both business and technical audiences
- A good understanding of the Sales process to efficiently cooperate with Sales and Partner Manager teams
- Proven ability to documentation and analysis
- Ambition to solve tricky technical challenges in the data and analytics space working with Qlik and third-party products
- Technical experience, preferably in a software organization working as Business Analyst, Technical Writer or equivalent role
- Practical experience within some of the following areas:

- Data Analytics, Data Visualizations, Advance Analytics, Dashboarding, Reporting
- Six Sigma background with experience defining “Current State”
- As a plus
- Prior experience with Qlik Data Analytics or Data Integration products
- Experience with SalesForce, NetSuit and ZiftOne
- Experience with Business Intelligence products, understanding
- Fluent in **English**
