**Job Description**:
Do you have experience in the operating room, for example as a trained nurse, a sales representative, a product specialist, and would you like to join a progressive medical device manufacturer?
We are looking for a Territory Manager that will enjoy engaging with hospital staff, understanding their needs, and building long-lasting connections trough a consultative sales approach.
You will join a well-established team of 6 sales professionals in the Catalunya Region, and be responsible for about 14 hospital and clinics in Lleida and the East of Barcelona. In this exciting field position you will visit different units where open and laparoscopic surgeries are performed (including electrosurgery, colorectal, bariatric, gynecology, urology and orthopedics). After 7 weeks of training, you will feel able to engage in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses in the operational theater to propose solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**- Identify key stakeholders per product segment and manage relationships autonomously. Our CRM tool will help you organize your appointments- Demonstrate the use of our products to surgeons, practice staff and nurses, with the support of digital content- Meet or exceed quota expectations as established by product segment- Create effective business plans and approach strategies with your (regional) Sales Manager- Work closely together with international colleagues in our European HQ on tenders, price quotations, order samples and customer requests- Keep up with the latest clinical data and communicate this information to health professionals
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s / University degree level
- At least 2 years of experience with surgical device or pharmaceutical sales, clinical/product development and/or marketing in the Operating Room
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- You live in Lleida, Barcelona, or the surrounding area
