Community Manager

Responsibilities: - Community Engagement: Build and maintain a strong relationship with our online communities across various platforms, including social media and CRM. - Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with the community's interests and aligns with the brand's voice and values. - Customer Support: Posting content, responding to comments, private messages and engaging with followers. - Influencer Outreach: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand exposure and create partnerships that drive community growth and engagement. - Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, social media updates, and community insights to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth. - Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze community metrics, engagement levels, and campaign performance to provide insights and make data-driven decisions. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, copywriters and designers, to ensure consistent messaging and enhance the overall customer experience. - Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to whom we offer community management services. - Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in community engagement strategies, tools, and processes to optimize community growth and brand loyalty. Requirements: - Bilingual in IT, proficient ES, and advanced EN language skills. - Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably within a global or multicultural environment. - Familiarity with TikTok, Twitch or BeReal platforms and social listening tools. - Experience with live shopping or social commerce. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to various online platforms and audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine connections with community members. - Creativity and a passion for creating engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the community. - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights is a plus.
