**Tasks in the role**:
- Develop programs for university student audiences in three areas: content, promotion, and community.
- Manage the Semrush University partnership program (Semrush for Education), including onboarding and supporting new universities and students.
- Identify strategic educational partners for Semrush Academy and build strong relationships with them.
- Track the pipeline of partners and report on progress regularly, identifying areas of process improvement.
- Work with internal teams to optimize the Academy platform for the target audience.
- Project manage new content creation for the university student audience, experimenting with content formats and platforms.
- Communicate with the target audience and partners, gathering and analyzing feedback.
- Organize guest lectures and on-campus events to better engage the audience and share knowledge.
- Monitor key metrics and analyze program performance.
**Who we are looking for**:
- 3+ years of experience in building programs for university student audiences.
- Proven track record of implementing successful projects and strong project management skills.
- Excellent understanding of the characteristics, needs, and expectations of university students.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced company and team, and re-prioritize tasks as needed.
- Creative thinker with a focus on achieving business results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You have a portfolio with examples of implemented projects (a competitive advantage).

At Semrush Academy, we are on an amazing journey to become the world's learning hub for the next generation of digital marketers. We aim to educate, inspire, and connect people and businesses in the areas of digital marketing and beyond through engaging content formats and channels.
We develop programs for different target audiences, and one of our core audiences is university students. We are looking for a talented and experienced Program Manager who will develop programs for this audience. You will be in charge of the development and execution of the project plan in three areas: content, promotion, and community.
Overall, you will support our learners in making the best possible use of the Academy offering by recognizing their learning needs and translating them into meaningful, high-quality content that furthers Semrush Academy's position in the market and shapes the future of digital marketing education globally. You'll be able to work in a fast-moving environment and see how your ideas work at scale.
