**About the job**:

- Be at the core of the Global Tech Sales Enablement team and serve as a catalyst for the roll-out of Global Tech Sales programs - the open source way.The Red Hat Global Tech Sales Enablement team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our diverse team. In this role, you will provide programmatic leadership, guidance, delivery, and scale for our Global Tech Sales community. This is a highly visible role, and you’ll be accountable within the organization as a whole, and as a part of the Global Tech Sales and Go-to-Market team. You should feel comfortable working with all levels of the business to build and successfully deliver strategic programs that support the Tech Sales Community in delivering against cross-geo business goals. Your primary responsibility will be continuing to enhance and improve the Associate and Manager Onboarding experience, in order that new associates to Red Hat and the Tech Sales team have a great experience when they join, and that they become ‘customer ready’ in the most effective time. Learning takes many forms, and therefore you will be required to think creatively in order to shape a learner journey and strategy that continues to enhance and improve the end-to-end learning experience for the Tech Sales team. Connecting the Onboarding and Continuous Learning strategies will be critical to success, and to ensure the associate experiences a fully immersive, and holistic end-to-end learning experience. You will be required to partner closely with several global stakeholders to align various global enablement and development initiatives, whilst at the same time be confident working independently and contributing your own creative ideas.This role can be based in any of our major Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) offices including Munich and Frankfurt, Germany; Paris, France; Madrid and Barcelona, Spain; Milan and Rome, Italy; Amsterdam, Netherlands; or London, U.K.**What you will do**:

- Collect, interpret, and prioritize internal, customer needs and requirements for global Tech Sales programs and practices
- Proactively solve new and known global business problems using technology or engineering solutions, talent, or tools
- Influence and manage internal and external corporate decision makers and stakeholders
- Align programs and initiatives with Red Hat strategy, business objectives, and our stated goals and incentives
- Share and socialize ideas and plans between Global Tech Sales, Red Hat Business Units, marketing teams, external partners, and the open source community
- Partner with the regional teams to create the foundations of the program in order to deliver the expected business outcomes

**What you will bring**:

- Familiarity with the responsibilities of the technical presales role, and the competencies and skills required to be successful
- Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore best possible solutions
- Ability to lead with imagination, courage, and curiosity
- Proven ability to manage complex programs, project schedules, team dynamics, and engagements
- Experience with agile development within an organization as well as ability to showcase growing responsibilities and competencies around organizational agile adoption
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; public speaking skills and ability to present in front of all levels of stakeholders
- Understanding of the Red Hat’s business strategy and economic model; good business insight and judgement in order to align to strategic needs
- Willingness for domestic and international travel 30% in line with Red Hat’s COVID-19 guidelines
