To strengthen our Global Tech Hub in Barcelona, we are looking for a **Digital Manufacturing Team Lead** to complete our Technical & Production team.

**Position Summary**:
Responsible for the Regional Business Analysts team for T&P Digital Manufacturing and Analytics - provide leadership, guidance, management to achieve team objectives
Manage team priorities, tasks, escalations and quality of delivery
Manage resource planning, resource management to assigned budget
Ensure the regional deployment plan(s) are adhered to, escalating issues to T&P Digital Manufacturing and Analytics D&B as appropriate to ensure timely delivery and end-user satisfaction
Active participation in Global Digital Manufacturing networks in alignment with D&B and the other Regional counterparts
Ensure team meet service level and compliance objectives

**A day in the life of...**:

- Management of the Regional Business Analyst team for T&P Digital Manufacturing: people management and resource management of the team against assigned budget
- Operational management of the Regional Business Analyst team for T&P Digital Manufacturing: priority management, task allocation, escalation management
- Regular Communication with D&B Digital Mfg Sr. Program Manager. Escalation of regional level issues to D&B
- Ensures regional T&P Digital Mfg analysts are appropriately trained and have the relevant hands-on experience to act in their SME role.
- Allocates team members to participate in Global pilot projects for Digital Manufacturing & Analytics functionalities
- Communicate with and influence business leaders to make sound business decisions and manage risks

**What will make you successful**:
Education: University degree; degree in Engineering or equivalent BSc or Computer Science degree) with the additional technical experience
10+ years relevant experience in Food & Beverage or Digital Manufacturing or related field.
5+ years management experience (project or resource)

General:

- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
- Strategic and tactical thinking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at all levels within the organization
- Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way

Technical / Functional:
1. Good understanding of MES Solutions, Aveva products, testing knowledge and ideally configuration knowledge for DMO. Knowledge of GLOBE MFG solution
2. Experience in supporting manufacturing business process and working across different time zones.
3. Experienced in Project Management and resource management
4. Preferred Business Improvement experience in Manufacturing projects, Process, Quality, Performance etc.
5. Preferred Experience in digital solution implementation (i.e. mobile solution)
