In order to complete our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness IT Department, we are currently looking for a **Tech Lead - Medical Advocacy**

**Position Summary**:
You will facilitate and orchestrate across teams the agile and incremental delivery of targeted business outcomes (minimum viable products) in DevOps mode.
The Tech Lead implements the designs proposed by Solution Architects and taste-tested with IS/IT users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to value delivery plans to meet the objectives, typically in sync with product management, enterprise architecture and business analyst.
- Contribute to sustainability and improvement of the Product Life Cycle Management.
- As a Tech Lead, help product manager to keep the solutions maintained with minimum disruption according to technical and business needs
- Contribute to the evolution of the strategy and model for continuous evolution of the testing, promotion to production and sustain organization to ensure support for all the markets and implementations.
- Ensure proper usage of design & build processes and documentations in line with IT standards, guidelines and methodologies
- Implement effective ISIT Change and Release Management / Test planning and execution / Incident and problem management practices. Lead continuous improvement activities where needed.
- Ensure flawless delivery of all functional and technical upgrades by:

- Providing functional and technical assessment for the planned changes
- Contributing to the master test plan and cut over plan, estimating resources needs
- Supporting the test execution and related defects until completeness on time, on quality
- Validating the promotion of the releases until production and make sure cut over activities are properly executed
- Be a recognized expert in resolving complex tickets, problems and testing services.
- Manage remote team and Operational governance with third party suppliers
- Oversee and facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configuration.
- Contribute to the Strategy on technology/tool usage to achieve Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) in its area of expertise.
- Lead the analysis of the current technology environment to recommend solutions for improvement and lead the analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise as well as on the enterprise technology architecture.
- Keep Innovation at the core the role by promoting automation and industrialization for our end-users

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of design and implementation experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies.
- Good practical experience of Software development Lifecycle methods (waterfall, scrum, agile, etc).
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.
- Strong experience of development life cycle methodologies (paper based design, agile software development, rapid prototyping, lean start-up, KANBAN, and DevOps).
- Experience in working with IS/IT consumers, understanding requirements and opportunities and translating them into solutions and taste-testing minimum viable products (A/B testing, etc.).
- Practical experience of key testing techniques and tools e.g performance testing, Automated Regression Testing (ART).
- Working effectively with 3rd party offshore suppliers.
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Experience with _Life Science or Pharma _processes and companies.
