To strengthen our Global Tech Hub in Barcelona, we are looking for a **Manufacturing Team Lead **to complete our Technical & Production (T&P) team. **Position Summary**: Responsible for the Regional Business Analysts team for T&P Manufacturing - provide leadership, guidance, management to achieve team objectives. Manage team priorities, tasks, escalations, and quality of delivery. Manage resource planning, resource management to assigned budget. Ensure the regional deployment plan(s) are adhered to, escalating issues to T&P Manufacturing D&B as appropriate to ensure timely delivery and end-user satisfaction. Active participation in Global Manufacturing networks in alignment with D&B and the other Regional counterparts. Ensure team meet service level and compliance objectives. Oversee the bond between the IS/IT & business Consumers and Customers. Manage a pool of Business Analysts, overall ensuring a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best solutions. Translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and play a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions. **A day in the life of Manufacturing Team Lead**: - Management of the Regional Business Analyst team for T&P Manufacturing: people management and resource management of the team against assigned budget - Regular Communication with Design & Build (D&B) Manufacturing Senior Program Manager. Escalation of regional level issues to D&B - Communicate with and influence business leaders to make sound business decisions and manage risks. **Responsibilities**: **- Contribution to IS/IT Strategy - under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager based in Switzerland**: - Ensures that the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product- **Operational Effectiveness and Efficiency** - Secures that program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested. - Ensures the training materials for the Product Group area are documented - Oversees the delivery of training to the end users, deployment and support teams - Supports the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain - Facilitates business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value - Consults with Product Manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need. - Ensures that near-term needs are assessed by using structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities.- **Virtual team Coaching** - Coaches, motivates and directs staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy- **Security, Compliance & Risk Management** - Accountable for the identification of security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and responsible for their consideration in the solution design"- **Stakeholder engagement** - Partners with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements - Partners with the Business Relationship Managers and Product Group Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders - Consults with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions. Oversees the advisory on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities.- **Leadership** - Develop high performing teams and in alignment with the People Process Cycle and the people practices. - Create the context: create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way (Sustain the change) and recognize achieveme
