**Business Analyst - Digital Manufacturing** **We are looking for “Business Analyst - Digital Manufacturing" to be part of our IT Technical & Production Department.** **Position Snapshot** - Location: Barcelona - Type of Contract: Permanent - IT Technical and Production - Type of work: Hybrid - Work Language: Fluent Business English **The role** **What you’ll do** - Provide formal and in-formal end-user training and support. - Analyze problems and issues reported by factories and markets and collaborates with global Design&Build group to identify the best method for the resolution. - Collect new changes and enhancements proposals on DMO and Poka and evaluate them together with global Design&Build group. - Validate new releases and bug fixes for both DMO and Poka. - Create new dataset to allow visualization and reporting at factory and zone level. - Reporting to the Digital Manufacturing Team Lead. - Works with factories and markets within zone EUR collaboratively - Deploys Poka and DMO according to zone rollout plan - Executes training for Poka local administrators & DMO Champions - Troubleshoots problems reported by factories and suggests solutions or bug fixes - Documents best practices and executes knowledge transfer **We offer you** We offer more than just a job.
