Business Analyst

We are looking for someone with **service delivery orientation**, effective communication, ability to **analyze and map business processes**with proven experience in **manufacturing quality** to join our team in **IT Technical and Production**.

**The role**:
As part of the Quality team in the global Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Team you will be contributing to delivering global manufacturing Quality solutions for Nestlé factories, reporting to the DMA Quality lead.

**What you’ll do**:
As a **Business Analyst - Quality**you will:

- Provide expertise in the area of manufacturing quality solutions for the factory. The solutions will be in the context of manufacturing (Quality, Net Content Control, etc.).
- Collaborate with senior team members to design, develop, and validate enhancements to the DMO (Digital Manufacturing Operations) MES solution and associated Reporting and integration.
- Build documentation and transfer knowledge to markets/regions on how to implement and use manufacturing quality solutions/features built by the team.
- Oversee deployments of manufacturing quality solutions in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Prepare environments for testing and validation of manufacturing quality solutions.
- Provide 3rd level for support for factory incidents and requests in collaboration with Global Support team.
- Participate in Digital Manufacturing Quality projects in support of the Digital Manufacturing roadmap, such as pilots for new solutions / major features.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Guide on design or technical issues faced by the factories in the area of manufacturing quality.
- Develop an understanding of the DMA product group strategy and work with teams to ensure deliver of high-quality services.
- Ensure delivery of solutions respecting Nestlé security and compliance standards as well as Digital Manufacturing & Analytics processes.

**What will make you a great fit?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or similar relevant experience.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality preferably in a food and beverage environment (or other process industry).
- Experience working in an IT team delivering manufacturing solutions for Quality (e.g. Logsheets, sampling, Net Content Control).
- Experience of working towards a deadline.
- Understanding of shopfloor integration, network and security challenges involved with factory implementations.
- Working with clients or customers internal or external.

**Bonus points if you**:
Familiarity with SQL, PowerBi a plus
