Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst Manager to join our Data and Analytics team, playing a pivotal role in shaping data-driven solutions for our clients.

You'll partner with both internal stakeholders and global clients to define requirements, model business processes, and drive meaningful change across Business Intelligence, analytics, and emerging data technologies. Acting as the bridge between business and development, you'll ensure that every solution we deliver is grounded in insight and aligned with business goals.

This role is based in Spain, and we are open to considering candidates located in either Barcelona or Madrid.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, document, and manage business requirements and project scope.
• Lead workshops and joint requirement sessions to translate business goals into actionable solutions.
• Create and maintain key artefacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Feature Sets, Epics, and User Stories.
• Act as Product Manager in Agile environments, guiding projects from concept through to delivery.
• Design and document future-state business processes to support new or improved BI and analytics systems.
• Support UAT testing and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to business case development and provide analytical support to client and account stakeholders.
• Assist Client Services, Development, and Project Management teams in solution estimation and delivery planning

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst Manager or Senior Business Analyst, ideally in the data, analytics, or BI domain.
• Experience working with Snowflake, SQL, or other cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering requirements for complex technical projects involving BI, data, and analytics.
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies, including writing Epics, User Stories, and using tools like JIRA.
• Excellent working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and emerging analytics tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of business processes and business transformation projects.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives related to BI and analytics adoption.
• Background in consulting or working with tier-1 clients preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing and print management industries is a plus.
