About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to join our team. You will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in the manufacturing domain, ensuring seamless integration and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management.
  • Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Design solutions and drive adoption for identified gaps and process improvements.
  • Ensure successful system implementation in collaboration with nearshore/offshore teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients and take on project management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM.
  • 2–5 full project lifecycles in SAP PP/QM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution, and/or Quality Management processes, with the ability to translate business needs into system specifications.
  • Hands-on experience and/or certification in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects.
  • Solid business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to gather, validate, synthesize, and communicate data for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and C2 proficiency in English (and local language if applicable).
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
