**Position Summary**:

- Provides formal and in-formal end-user training and support
- Data Benchmarking and Visualization across factories/markets/categories
- Analyzes problems and issues reported by users and determines the best method for issue resolution.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Works with the Digital Manufacturing team collaboratively
- Writes and maintains test scripts
- Performs testing
- Documentation of best practices
- Troubleshooting and analysis
- Validates development provided by vendors(Agile Methodology)
- Provides appropriate training to the Regions and System Integrators

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a combination of Manufacturing IT, Engineering, and/or Automation.
- Experience with PowerBI and reporting
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
- Proven ability to work in Agile project teams
