Junior HR Management Intern

**The Role**:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized **HR Management** Intern** (d/f/m)** **i**n Madrid (Start date: 01.08.23, min. 6 months)** to be part of building a stronger people experience at Personio.

As a member of the People Operations Lifecycle Team, you will play a key role in shaping an excellent and solid HR presence across our International Personio office locations that are both in compliance with labor law regulations and fully aligned with our strategic HR/People pillars.

Some of your **responsibilities** would include:

- You will provide HR Operations Support for the Spanish office location and more to come soon.
- You will be supporting with reporting and assisting with the global data cleanup of employee information across our HRM system
- You will be responsible for all reporting within Personio, including pulling reports and manipulating data for use by other teams
- You will look after documentation in our HRM system and be responsible for sending out relevant documentation to employees
- You will assist with data entry and Information imports to the Personio system
- You will assist with Global mobility and relocation tasks.
- You will look after creating new joiner profiles in Personio and populating them with all relevant details prior to new joiners starting
- You will assist with communication for the new joiners' payroll information and social security registration data to the payroll department and local payroll provider. Spanish office location at the moment and more to come soon.
- You will be responsible for your own HR Support ticket queue (Jira) and deliver an excellent employee experience in the process

**Hard Skills**:

- Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (Business, HR)
- Experience working with Data Entry, Reporting is an advantage
- Initial experience in the area of** HR **and dealing with employees in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
- English is required, as we are a European company

**Soft Skills**:

- High affinity for HR topics and an “**Employee-oriented Mindset**”
- You demonstrate excellent **people skills**, including networking and team-orientation
- Your work style is diligent, and you like analytical tasks, but you’re also happy to do manual tasks if they are needed
- You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative
