Job Opportunity: HR Junior Specialist

Are you passionate about working with people and looking to continue growing your career in Human Resources? We are looking for an HR Junior Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in People/HR roles—someone proactive, well- organized, and with excellent communication skills.

If you enjoy supporting teams, answering questions, and collaborating across various HR and recruitment processes, this role could be perfect for you

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment processes: interview coordination, communication with candidates, and job posting management.

Handle and respond to employee inquiries related to HR.

Assist in resolving workplace conflicts, ensuring clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

Prepare and keep employment contracts and related documentation up to date.

Manage relationships with freelancers: invoice collection, contract follow-up, and activity review.

Maintain organized internal documentation and HR databases.

Contribute to departmental initiatives and projects focused on improving the employee experience.

Other tasks related to the role.

Requirements

Hard Skills

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; a Master's in HR is a plus.

English C1, Spanish B2.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a generalist HR, People, or HR administration role.

Soft Skills

Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented. Excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities, able to manage multiple tasks and maintain orderly documentation.

Proactive and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
