Global HR Operations Specialist
para unirse a su equipo en Madrid.
Serás una pieza clave en la gestión de la nómina global y los procesos de HR Operations, conectando equipos internacionales, proveedores externos y áreas clave del negocio.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
- Coordinar y supervisar la nómina internacional, garantizando cumplimiento legal, calidad de datos y puntualidad.
- Ser el punto de contacto con proveedores externos de nómina y beneficios: KPIs, incidencias y calidad del servicio.
- Liderar implementaciones de nuevos proveedores y procesos de nómina en distintos países.
- Gestionar contratos, documentación laboral y asegurar su correcta trazabilidad.
- Colaborar con Finanzas en conciliaciones y cierres mensuales.
- Atender consultas operativas de empleados sobre nómina y beneficios.
- Asegurar la integridad de datos en el sistema HRIS y mantener flujos de trabajo actualizados.
- Ser el referente operativo del sistema global de RRHH (HRIS): mantenimiento, reporting, mejoras.
Lo que buscamos
- +4 años de experiencia en HR Operations o Payroll en entornos internacionales.
- Conocimiento sólido de procesos de nómina global y normativa laboral básica.
- Experiencia implementando proveedores o sistemas HRIS (ej. ADP, DYNAMICS).
- Habilidad para trabajar con equipos multiculturales.
- Enfoque analítico, orientado a calidad y cumplimiento (GDPR, etc.).
- Inglés profesional (otros idiomas, un plus).
