HR Junior Specialist

We are looking for an
HR Junior Specialist
with at least
1 year of experience
in HR/People roles to join our team.

If you are proactive, well-organized, and enjoy supporting teams, collaborating across HR and recruitment processes, and being a point of contact for employees, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and job posting management.
  • Handle and respond to employee inquiries related to HR topics.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts with clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
  • Prepare, update, and manage employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
  • Manage relationships with freelancers, including invoice collection, contract follow-up, and activity tracking.
  • Maintain organized HR databases and internal documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
  • Perform additional tasks related to the role as needed.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Master's in HR is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a generalist HR, People, or HR administration role.

Languages

  • English: C1
  • Spanish: B2

Skills

  • Strong communication skills; friendly, approachable, and people-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
