At Auxadi, we are looking for professionals interested in the Human Resources area, with a particular focus on Training & Development and Recruitment. If you are seeking an opportunity to grow, innovate and work in a supportive, dynamic and multicultural environment, this opportunity is for you.

What will your responsibilities be?

Recruitment & Selection

  • Support throughout the full recruitment cycle at both national and international levels, including job posting, CV screening, headhunting and candidate assessment.
  • Participation in telephone, online and face-to-face interviews, as well as in the preparation of selection reports.

Training & Development

  • Management of technical training through internal trainers.
  • Administrative management of the e-learning platform.

Employer Branding, Events & Communication

  • Contribution to employer branding initiatives.
  • Coordination and support in corporate events, job fairs and recruitment forums.
  • Preparation and dissemination of internal communications.

Requisitos

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

  • You are studying last year of Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Business Administration or related) or finishing HR Masters.
  • You have the possibility of signing an agreement with a university, school or study center.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are used to an international environment or would like to explore it.
