Location : Work from our Madrid HQ offices. Internship details (ideally but we're open to hear your availability) 6-month internship, 30 hours per week, at IKONO HQ Madrid. Working hours: Business hours What’s Next? Step 1: Chat with our Recruitment team to kick things off. Step 2: Dive into a technical interview with the People team. What’s Your Mission? As an HR Intern , you’ll support the Human Resources team with a focus on HR Administration and day-to-day operational tasks. You’ll help ensure that employee records, documentation, and internal processes run smoothly while also assisting with recruitment and onboarding when needed. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations within a fast-growing international company. What You’ll Do: HR Administration: Support the management and organization of employee files, contracts, and HR databases. Documentation & Compliance: Assist in preparing, updating, and tracking HR-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Onboarding Support: Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and interns. Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen CVs, and schedule interviews when required. Employee Support: Assist with day-to-day employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team. What Makes You a Great Fit: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong interest in HR operations, processes, and employee experience. Team-oriented and eager to learn in a multicultural environment. Fluent English is required. Spanish and/or a third EU language are a big plus. Good communication and time management skills. Comfortable using standard office tools.
