Market analysis and domain of the regulation of the electricity sector globally;
- Lead the team of origination of new opportunities for the development of greenfield projects or an M&A process to increase the Pipeline of the company;
- Coordinate the team to sign new EPC or O&M contracts;
- Coordinate and plan the activity to achieve the strategic plan of the company;
- Ability to negotiate and close strategic contracts;
- Active client’s follow-up;
- Flexible professional with a clear results orientation;
- Direct dependence of the CCO;
- Availability to travel 1 week/month.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree and MSc of civil or industrial engineering;
- MBA in a top-ranked Business School;
- Minimum of 15 years of experience;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese and Italian will be a plus;
- MS Office;
- Be ambassador for the values of the company: service, ethics and respect.
