**Intro**

**About the Position**

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be responsible for various sales and marketing tasks in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You'll focus on identifying new leads and following up with existing ones, showcasing the benefits of our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform.

Your main tasks will include:

- Advising customers on potential solutions
- Identifying and contacting new leads
- A/B testing different approaches to optimize results
- Conducting online platform demos
- Creating and negotiating offers
- Upselling to active customers

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in modern web tools (e.g., Google Docs)
- Enjoy giving online demos
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and have a sense of humor
- Experience in (inside) sales and online demos
- Proven success in closing deals of varying size and complexity
- Experience working with diverse companies and industries
