You will be responsible for securing new business and also maintaining an excellent level of customer service to current customers with strong focus on ta he Iberia (Spain and Portugal) market. You will maintain Converge's market image by adhering to our quality and trade manifest, and remaining up to date on industry trends, market activities, and competition. **What do you need**: An enthusiastic and commercial attitude, a bachelor's degree and/or highly successful sales experience in the electronic component sales field, and a motivated self-starter. **To be successful in this role, furthermore, you need**: - Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers - 5 years of sales experience in the electronics/semiconductor/components industry - Customer orientation and sympathy - Prospecting and presentation skills - Basic technical knowledge - Energy, creativity, and focus - Fluent Spanish and English **What you will get** A challenging role within a modern, progressive and dynamic international organization where a strong team spirit is at the center of everything we do and where you can stretch your competencies and channel your talents.
