Iberia Lifecycle Sales Manager

**As a Lifecycle Services Sales Manager, YOU WILL**:
- Own the Iberia Budget for the SYSS Lifecycle Services, being responsible for achieving or exceeding annual order targets as well as the monthly forecast preparation and POR monthly report
- Define and deploy short to long term LCS sales and Pricing strategies, driving sustainable growth and profitability improvement.
- Be the point of contact for different departments within Iberia Organization as well as for the Regional Lifecycle Organization.
- Provide leadership for sales team, driving Business Unit programs and initiatives on the Iberia installed base.
- Run the development & execution of designated account plans, focusing on addressing customers’ s priorities & difficulties by positioning valuable solutions.
- Arrange and assist in customer meetings and demonstrations of our products capabilities and support sales team on commercial and technical negotiations with customer.
- Responsible for market segmentation and for identifying business opportunities in the installed base by whitespace analysis, leveraging entire SYSS portfolio in the existing accounts.
**For this role YOU WILL NEED**:
- University degree in Engineering, Business or similar.
- 5+ yr. sales experience in process automation industry.
- Leadership experience, relationship building, influencing, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Consultative selling skills, ICE Methodology.
- Spanish and English proficiency (written, read, spoken). Portuguese language will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel in the region as needed and international occasionally.
