We are currently looking for an experiences Regional Sales Manager who oversees a dedicated region including a team of 6 employees. We are looking for a highly talented individual with a passion for sales, fostering customer relationships and identifying innovative ways to add value for the customer will be the main driver to success. This position is part of the Iberia Management Team. **Responsibilities**: - Full revenue, cost and budget responsibility for the sales regions within our business - Full leadership responsibility for the teammates of the assigned sales region - Motivation, coaching and further development of subordinate employees, especially in the commercial area - Further development of the sales organization towards "Solution based Selling". - Develop short/medium and long term sales and activity plan for the region in line with company policies and objectives - Driving and monitoring regional sales activities to achieve short and long term sales targets - Reporting as directed by the General Manager and senior management - Actively participate in the national Leadership Team and work closely with the various business units - Leadership in customer management in purchasing and administration as well as in negotiations. - Development of long-term customer relationships Qualifications: - Business administration degree or comparable qualification - Experience in sales and marketing of medical products - Experience in cardiology markets under special cost pressure due to product comparability - Experience in new product introductions and product launches - A motivator with positive attitude, can-do attitude, proactive thinking and acting - Very good general business understanding, Bigger Picture in a large company - Very good knowledge of English and business fluent Spanish - Very good presentation and communication skills - High social & emotional intelligence competence. Ability to lead and coach employees. - Project management experience - Very high willingness to travel
