As **Talent Acquisition & Development Manager **you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's success by ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent for various high-level positions. At the same time, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of performance and talent review programs. This multifaceted role encompasses key focus areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, goal setting, career development, succession planning, talent review, and feedback mechanisms in the EMEA region. The position requires a strategic approach to both process implementation and cultural transformation, with a strong emphasis on tracking KPIs and conducting data analysis to drive informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, focusing on hiring for key positions across the EMEA region, including country managers, global directors, and regional directors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and stay informed about market trends.
- Implement innovative approaches to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.

**Performance and Talent Management**:

- Lead the comprehensive redesign of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate managers and employees on effective performance management practices and provide guidance on goal achievement throughout the performance cycle.
- Implement tools, processes, and platforms to facilitate timely and effective feedback exchanges between managers and employees.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.
- Champion a performance-driven culture by promoting accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.

**Career Development and Succession Planning**:

- Implement career management initiatives that support employee growth and development within the organization.
- Lead the implementation of a robust succession planning process, identifying key positions and developing talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with employees to identify career paths and development opportunities aligned with their aspirations.
- Partner with leaders to identify organizational upskilling needs and develop strategies for implementation.
- Provide analysis and insights from employee surveys and processes, offering actionable recommendations.

**Employee Survey**:

- Work closely with all stakeholders on engagement survey and 360° survey.
- Provide analysis and insight of Employee survey and people related processes with actionable, practical recommendations.
- University degree or professional equivalent in business, HR, organizational development, psychology, or related field required.
- 3-5 years proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on international markets and high-level positions, as well as experience in regional/global performance or talent management, preferably in a consultancy company.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Experience with the implementation of performance management systems.
- Fluent English knowledge (additional languages are a plus).
