\*\*Account Manager (f/m/d)
As our Account Manager for the US and/or the European market, you will oversee a designated Client portfolio, serving as the primary commercial point of contact for our clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring their success on our global marketplace by facilitating regular transactions on the platform. We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and organized, capable of maintaining positive and professional relationships with all clients. As an Account Manager, you should be fearless in your approach, ready to actively engage in daily calls with a clear drive to make clients successful and provide unwavering support.

- Develop sustainable a portfolio and communicate strategies that enhance ROI and engagement
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure support for your accounts.
- Regularly engage with clients through phone calls and meetings

- Prior experience managing large SMB portfolios, ideally within a Marketplaces/SaaS/logistics environment
- Expert in developing and nurturing professional B2B relationships, understanding the nuances of client needs and expectations.
- A true hunter at heart, enthusiastic about jumping on calls daily, actively seeking out opportunities, and relentlessly pursuing new business potential
- A proactive self-starter characterized by a high-energy drive and a hands-on approach, ready to dive into challenges and drive rapid growth
- Fluent in English with excellent communication
